Change is the only constant especially in the fast paced space called the Internet. From snail mail to email was a dramatic transition. People in a hurry today have moved on even from emails. They prefer social media which is instant, open and effective. Skype and MSN have made the continents shrink. The debate about the comparative merits of email and social media however is still on.
